The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. The bathroom, although it had a shower over a bath, was still acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay.
The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard. The carpets were dirty and the pillows had an unpleasant smell.

The room service was prompt and the two employees were very helpful.
We didn't like the loud music blasting (there was a function) when we were trying to sleep.

Nice hotel. View of the mountains. Helpful staff.
No hot water in the hotel until 5.30 p.m., still probably the best place to stay in Brastagi.

The location is good and the room is very comfortable for the price I paid. The bathroom was big and the shower was wonderful. Only thing is hot water is only available at certain time period, so not very convenient. Also there is nothing much to do in and around the hotel. The breakfast is only so so, not great....some dishes were cold.
The sink in my bathroom was leaking. Some of the breakfast dishes were cold.

The WiFi is only available in the lobby, which can be inconvenient who prefer to have internet access in their rooms.

The spacious rooms were a highlight, with comfortable double beds and decent-sized bathrooms. . the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, from local to Western and Chinese cuisine.
The lack of a lift in the hotel was inconvenient, especially with heavy luggage or mobility issues. . the noise from the water fountain and lounge singing could be heard in some rooms, causing disturbances.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the swimming pool was stunning, overlooking the majestic Mount Sinabung. the room advantages were impressive with private facilities that exceeded my expectations. the restaurant was exquisite, offering a wide variety of dishes to satisfy any palate. the location advantages were convenient and provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The only minor issue was the lack of available wifi in the room, which was only accessible in the lobby. Other than that, the service was impeccable and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
